Ground Beef Trachea & Gullet-2 LB.
It's 2 pounds of Ground Beef Trachea & Gullet or "Ground T & G" for short. The product comes in a convenient deli container. There is a lot of crunchy, chewy goodness in this coarse grind which is fresh-frozen for your pets. This is a boneless product that is meaty & rich containing only trachea & gullet.
The cartilage in the trachea & gullet is a natural source of glucosamine & chondroitin sulfate. This makes it an excellent product for all dogs, young or old, especially breeds known for hip/joint problems.
Note: Every attempt has been made to remove the thyroid from our cows during slaughter. Because of the thyroid's proximity to the gullet, it is possible that it has been punctured & the residual tissue around the thyroid (the gullet) may contain elevated levels of beef thyroid hormone. Beef thyroid hormone fed in excess could cause thyroid issues in your pet. Please do not overfeed gullet.
We do not sell any products that contain denaturants, added colors, preservatives, artificial ingredients & no HPP. There are no grains, fruits or vegetables added to any of our products. It's part of our commitment to quality. We believe in feeding a nutrient-rich meat, bone & organ diet–a carnivore diet as Mother Nature intended!

This is a great all-meat meal with lots of cartilage & connective tissue to support your pet’s joints. As a whole meal, we portion it out at 2-3% of our pet’s ideal weight—4-6% for those still in their growth phase.
Remember, it is not essential that every meal contains meat, bones & organs—just be sure to average out this all-meat meal with a higher organ content in future meals—or add some ground beef spleen or pancreas to this one. We like to also mix in duck & chicken feet as snacks when we give our boys an all-meat choice like this.
Regarding the cow's thyroid gland, every attempt has been made to remove the thyroid from our cows during processing.
