This is a beef hanger steak is from from Mud Creek Farm's pasture-raised herd. Processed and inspected under Indiana Board of Animal Health (BOAH).  Each hanger steak weighs more than 1 lb but less than 2 lbs. Vacuum sealed.

Coarse Ground Whole Young Beef-2 LB.

You'll receive a 2 LB. deli container of Ground Whole Young Beef. This product includes the meat, bone & organs altogether. We coarse grind & then fresh freeze the product. These Michigan cows have been milk fed & are 1 to 7 days old, healthy males from dairy cattle stock. This very young meat source makes for softer, more digestible bones. Also, it's an extremely lean selection (about 1% fat!).

Whole Beef Pancreas

This is  a whole beef pancreas packaged in a convenient deli container, about 0.5 lbs. Easy to cut into smaller pieces & add to your choice of wholesome meals. It has been fresh frozen from Midwestern-raised cattle. It is an all-natural product that assists in digestion. 

“How much should I feed to my pet with EPI?” Feeding around 10% pancreas for everything your pet eats is a good place to start.  If you are not seeing the desired results, you can increase the amount as needed.
