Delivered Cold, Every Time.

We have designed our packaging to hold your raw pet food at safe, cold temperatures all the way to your door, using the minimal amount of packing material required to limit our impact on your costs and the environment.  For deliveries over a day away, we may use dry ice.  Wherever possible, we will reduce the use of non-recyclable and synthetic materials.  Remember, if your items arrive thawed, you can safely re-freeze them without losing any quality in the product.

Eco-Delivery Service Area

Blue Delivery Area – Thursday Delivery – Order before Tuesday at Midnight.

Green Delivery Area – Thursday Delivery – Order before Tuesday at Noon EST (11 CST).

Yellow Delivery Area – Tuesday Delivery – Order Monday before 1:00 AM.

Maroon Delivery Area – Friday Delivery – Order Wednesday before Midnight.

Fed-Ex Delivery

If you live outside our Eco-Delivery area, or if the delivery schedule for Eco-Delivery doesn't meet your needs, you can also choose Fed-Ex.  Our Fed-Ex shipments are sent 5 days a week, and Saturday delivery is available.  Fed-Ex delivery may require added packing and dry ice to ensure that your pet's carnivorous diet stays at safe temperatures all the way to your doorstep.
